국가무형문화재 제38호 ‘조선왕조 궁중음식’ 정기발표회를 통해 무형 문화재 기능 보유자와 이수자들이 직접 궁중음식을 재현하며, 이를 국내외에 널리 알리고 있습니다. 이 행사에서는 궁중음식의 실습과 시식 체험을 통해 보다 많은 사람들이 조선왕조 궁중음식의 구체적인 모습을 접할 수 있도록 해서 우리나라 식문화의 과거와 현재를 잇는 가교 역할을 담당하고 있습니다. 또한 전통음식을 만드는 솜씨가 뛰어난 한식예술장인을 발굴하고 지정하여, 한국 전통음식의 맥을 잇고 한식산업의 발전에 기여하고자 합니다.

Through the annual presentation of the National Intangible Cultural Property No. 38, the ‘Royal Cuisine of the Joseon Dynasty’, intangible cultural asset holders and their students reproduce royal cuisine firsthand and widely promote them both at home and abroad. Through the practice and tasting of royal cuisine, increasing numbers of people will be able to see the concrete aspects of royal cuisine of the Joseon Dynasty, and this plays the role of a bridge connecting the past to the present era of Korean food culture.
