전세계적으로 궁중음식의 문화를 지닌 나라들이 많습니다. 나라마다 궁중음식에는 그 나라 식문화의 정수가 담겨 있습니다. 궁중음식문화재단은 이들 국가의 궁중음식 전문가 또는 음식문화 학자들과 국제적 교류를 통해 조선왕조 궁중음식을 전세계에 알리고, 해외의 궁중음식과 식문화를 국내에 소개하는 역할을 하고 있습니다. 정기적으로 행사를 열어 문화적 교류와 함께 국제적 학술교류의 발판으로도 키워나갈 것입니다.

01. 세계 궁중음식 전수자 및 전문가 초청 강연 및 시연 개최

There are many countries around the world that have a culture of royal cuisine. Each country’s royal cuisine contains the essence of its food culture. Through international exchanges with court food experts or food culture scholars in these countries, Korean Royal Cuisine Culture Foundation has introduced the royal cuisine of the Joseon Dynasty to the world and introduced the royal cuisine and food culture of foreign countries to Korea. The event will be held regularly to develop cultural exchanges as well as the foundation for international academic exchanges.
