궁중음식문화재단에서는 매년 연말 조선왕조 궁중음식 및 고조리서 연구를 발표하고 토론하는 세미나를 개최합니다. 궁중 식문화 연구자들이 한곳에 모여 한 해 동안의 연구실적을 공유하고 정보를 교류하는 장을 엽니다. 궁중 식문화 관련 논문을 공모해서 선정된 우수논문 발표를 통해 조선왕조 궁중음식에 대한 학술적 성과에 대한 관심과 지원을 확대함으로써 전문 학자들의 궁중 식문화 연구 활성화를 기대합니다.

The Korean Royal Cuisine Culture Foundation holds a seminar at the end of each year to announce and discuss royal cuisine and ancient cook book research of the Joseon Dynasty. Royal food culture researchers gather in one place to share their research performance and exchange information. Through the presentation of excellent articles selected after meticulously critiquing papers on royal cuisine, we look forward to revitalizing the study of food culture of professional scholars by expanding their interests and support for scholarly achievements in the royal food of the Joseon Dynasty.
