♣ Recipe

• Skyy Infusion Citrus 15ml

• Boiron Tomato Puree 40ml

• Boiron Pears Puree 10ml

• Boiron Red Pepper Puree 5ml

• Teisseire Greenapple Syrup 10ml

♣ Method

Pour all ingredients into the shake, after shing, pour into the cocktail glass.

♣ Subject

After tasting Boiron, i’d like to make a cocktail with the taste it has. Finally, I got the idea of Gaspacho from southern Spain. It gives this cocktail the sour taste. This cocktail refreshes you who feel tired because of this drowsy spring.
