◉ A doenjang (Soybean Paste) master who has gone his way to achieve traditional doenjang (Soybean Paste) taste

‘Kwangiwon’ is operated by a doenjang master herself who has researched the making of traditional doenjang for over 20 years. The meal table is filled with products from nature using fresh seasonal ingredients in Yangpyeong, traditional jang (fermented sauce) and fermented liquids. A healthy and good meal from nature is presented.

◉ 신선한 유기농 채소와 환상 궁합 ‘뽁작장’

이 곳의 대표메뉴는 주인이 직접 담근 ‘뽁작장’과 각종 채소와 함께 나오는 <뽁작장정식>이다. ‘뽁작장’은 강된장처럼 밥에 비벼먹는 된장의 일종인데 각종 채소를 넉넉히 넣어 만들기 때문에 짜지 않아 계속 손이 간다.

◉ ‘Bbokjakjang’ a perfect match with fresh organic vegetables

A special menu representing Kwangiwon is featuring various kinds of vegetables served along with ‘Bbokjakjang’ that the owner herself fermented. A type of doenjang (Soybean Paste) like gang doenjang (Soybean Paste Sauce), ‘Bbokjakjang’ can be mixed with rice and various vegetables. It is not salty but you will keep asking for it.
